Customer-centered promises drive us to move forward and remind us to continually take your feedback into serious consideration. Based on the 4 quarterly surveys collected from our customers, we are rated 4.18, 4.35, 4.23, and 4.29 respectively out of five on average in products, customer service, shopping experience, and logistics. We have learned more about ourselves by focusing on these four categories which are essential to your Olight experience.

About Product:

Olight continues to focus on delivering more reliable and innovative lighting products.
What we have done:
1. Kept and improved versions of our classic product series. The Marauder mini, Obulb Pro, Valkyrie Turbo, Baton 3 Pro, etc., were inspiring additions to our classic line-ups with enhanced performances.
2. Continued expanding into new lighting categories. We were proud to launch the dual light source EDC flashlight — the Arkfeld, a multi-use safety light — the Gober, a work light — the Odiance, a 2-in-1 angled foregrip light — the Sigurd, and even more, all to bring you more illumination solutions.
3. Kept the O-designer Program thriving. By listening to and integrating the wonderful suggestions from our fans to improve our products, we successfully launched 9 color variants of our existing and widely-favored products, such as i5R Zombie Green, Warrior Mini 2 Battle Green, Warrior Mini 2 Black Lava, etc.
4. Continued bringing in new materials and seeking manufacturing process innovation. We spearheaded the application of some new materials into flashlights, including magnesium alloy, carbon fiber, etc., and achieved some of the highest quality craftsmanship.
Furthermore, Olight was the first brand to be accredited with the CNAS LABORATORY ACCREDITATION CERTIFICATE in the outdoor lighting industry in China and obtained 123 patents regarding product innovation.
To Olight, we always put quality at the forefront when considering creating a new product.
To make our lights your most reliable illumination companions, we have tripled our efforts to improve the quality of our products to new levels. For example, we have focused largely on the quality of batteries used by gradually perfecting our battery inspection process to meet the strictest safety standards. Internally, we upgraded a Quality Management Information System to easily track data during all our processes before an Olight gets into your hands, making it possible to identify and prevent any quality issues from happening.
About Customer Service

Olight Continues to Provide Excellent Service.
What we have done:
- Continued consolidating after-sales service
1. We have launched the Warranty & Repair section on our official website, where both registered customers and third-party clients can submit their repair requests through Olightstore.com. This helps to save communication time and customers can receive return information by email within 2 hours of submission. Registered users who submit a refund request through the after-sale section can have their application approved and receive a refund confirmation email within 2 hours.
2. Our after-sales processing procedures are constantly being improved and there is staff handling them during flash sales to shorten customers' waiting times. Currently, we can repair or replace the product within 2 business days of receiving the returned package from the customer. During the flash sale, we can complete the after-sales service process within 3 business days. This is a 5-day improvement compared to 2022.
3. Starting from March 2023, our Livechat support will be available 24 hours from Monday through Friday, and our goal is to respond to emails within 2 hours (average email response time in 2023 was 5.71 hours in January, 2.23 hours in February, and 1.52 hours in March).

Kept updating membership benefits
1. We have updated the membership system in September 2022 which was introduced on the membership page more clearly and concisely; one new level and three new benefits were added and three existing benefits were revised, among which the free postage for black diamond members is the most popular one.
2. Products in the redemption zone will be updated on the 1st of each month; meanwhile, some surprise gifts will also be launched for redemption to satisfy customer's desires.
3. We offered many birthday benefits to our members in 2022.
(1) We prepared free exclusive birthday gifts i3T and handwritten cards to customers with yellow diamonds and above, 2,200+ members have received exclusive birthday gifts.
(2) Birthday patches and blessing cards were randomly placed in the orders of customers who placed orders in their birthday month. 3,000+ members have received handwritten Blessing cards.
4. We have launched 12 half-price trial products totally for Yellow Diamond and above members in the past year.
Based on the feedback of our O-Fam, this year we'll continue to optimize our membership in September, providing a better membership experience for all O-Fans.

Continued thoughtfully preparing surprise gifts
1. 36 surprise gifts were created and over 42,000 were given away in the past year.
2. In the past year, we have prepared over 2,000 surprise gifts for customers for the 15th anniversary, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, etc.
We're committed to creating and designing more unique gifts, so as to provide all customers with more positive customer-focused services.
About Shopping Experience
What we have committed to:
Olight promises to provide a smooth and delightful shopping experience.
What we have done:
1. PC loading speed time was improved from 6.1s to 2.0s, and MB loading speed time improved from 2.1s to 1.5s.
2. The third phase of the Store Optimization Experience Project ended with a total of 22+35+43 points of optimization.
3. The layout of navigation bar and classification layout of the website was optimized.
4. New VOC function was created to listen to the voices of customers in the mall community.
5. New mystery box was re-launched.
6. We developed the function of restocking reminder emails for those products that were in short supply. Customers will be notified of the latest restocking information of items they want to buy just by simply clicking on the "notify me" button and filling in their email addresses; till now, we have notified over 30K users about this.
7. DIY Bundle function was developed to provide more bundling options, allowing customers to match bundled products as they want.
8. Since April of 2022, an average of 23 accessories have been on sale per month.
9. Showed PayPal's four interest-free installments under the listing title.
Additionally, we were honored to witness a meaningful shopping experience among most of you who participated in the breast cancer charity sale. We donated all of the proceeds — $90,851 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (USA). It goes to prove that your purchase of a flashlight can be vital to help those in need. Olight will look for more opportunities to give back to the world, and we look forward to having you with us along this journey.
About Logistics
What we have committed to:
Olight Strives to Improve Logistics Delivery Efficiency.
What we have done:
1. The US VA center was established and put into operation.
2. The warehouse was updated with WMS inventory management system, which allows the warehouse management to be more standardized and the data to be more accurate.
3. The number of electronic tags for delivery has increased to 224 to meet the demand for rapid delivery in the warehouse.
With all of the above and the efforts of VA shipping team, the logistic time was improved from 7.83 days to 3.65 days which is a great improvement.
