At Olight, we stand behind the quality and reliability of our products. Once you purchase an Olight product, our local service centers will honor your Lifetime Warranty coverage. (Products purchased after 2023 are only eligible.)
If your Olight product (including its structure, built-in battery, LED, charging system, or optical components) experiences any issues under normal use, we will inspect and repair the product whenever possible. If repair is not possible, we will replace it with a product in equal or better working and physical condition.

How to Claim Your Warranty

Step 1: Submit Your Warranty Request
Visit the Olight Warranty Service page.Select the retailer or platform where the product was purchased
Complete the warranty form with:
✔️ Contact information
✔️ Product model and serial number
✔️ Current shipping address
✔️ Description of the issue
✔️ Photos or videos showing the defect
✔️ Proof of purchase (if available)
Step 2: Claim Review & Instructions
Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions via email.
Step 3: Return the Product
Ship the defective product to the designated service center.
For products purchased within 30 days, Olight will provide a prepaid return label depending on the region.
For products purchased after 30 days, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Step 4: Inspection & Replacement
After receiving the product and verifying the issue, we will repair or replace the product free of charge.Olight will cover the shipping cost for the repaired or replacement product.

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it for any reason.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused and returned in original packaging.
Promotional or free items must be returned together with the original order for a full refund.
Products showing signs of misuse or damage may not qualify for a full refund.
Refund & Replacement Process

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
After receiving and inspecting the returned product:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 1–5 business days.
Replacement products will typically be shipped within 2 business days.

For purchases made through authorized dealers or third-party platforms, please contact the original seller first for return or refund requests.
If you are unable to contact the seller, Olight customer support will assist you whenever possible.
