Olight Dealer Agreement
This Dealer Agreement is effective

WHEREAS:
Olight holds the distribution rights for goods manufactured and will deliver ordered products based on strict guidelines. If these are not upheld, Olight reserves the right to terminate the dealer agreement.
STATUS OF DEALER:
1. Olight hereby appoints as a certified dealer of Olight products. This appointment is non-exclusive and does not grant the dealer with a certain geographic area. Cross-region or international selling, specifically outside the United States, is prohibited. Olight. reserves the right to increase or reduce the number of dealer locations in a given area at any time without prior notice.
· The dealer shall not offer Olight products at any other outlets other than specified below. Amazon and eBay are not authorized selling channels and dealers will be terminated if found selling on said channels. We are currently authorizing brick and mortar (physical store locations) as new authorized Olight Dealers.
· MOQ for dealers for first order is 500USD and for repeat orders the MOQs are 300USD
2. It is agreed that the dealer shall uphold Olight MSRP pricing structure. If prices are advertised lower than authorized, the dealer will be terminated.
3. will act in a professional manner and uphold Olight core values to provide the customer with the best experience and products in the illumination market.
