I. Introduction
Olight has always been committed to listening to our customers and creating the best experience for them. Olight will publish a blog every month to give feedback on customer suggestions and opinions. This is the implementation of Olight's corporate philosophy and strategy of "customer-centricity".
II、Sources of Suggestions
We collected customers’ suggestions from email, live chat, and social media platforms. After recording and analyzing them, we published the feedback in a timely manner. Here are the two surveys and feedback we posted in January.

III. Suggestions Adopted by Olight
We adopted 5 suggestions from our customers. For more details, please check the Links to Feedback in the sheet above.
i. Product:
1. Upgrade the i3T with higher lumen and a strobe.
2. Design a collapsable, waterproof, solar-powered lantern with long runtime.
ii. Olight Store:
1. Optimizing the user experience with iPad on website.
iii. Service:
1. Provide more swag or options to purchase/redeem for swag.
2. Prepare more stock for the new trial products and Send Earlier notifications.
IV、Two improvements made by Olight
Number 1: Feedback on Users' Reviews
In January, users can receive feedback of their reviews on MY ACCOUNT. In this way, users’ advice and problem can be replied at the first time, which offer users a great comment experience.
Number 2: Shopping List
It is worth noting that there is a SHOPPING LIST at the website where users can add their favorite products to the SHOPPING LIST and they can place orders anytime and there is no need to worry about that they will forget about the favorite products they have previously viewed.
