Following our initial public brainstorming sessions, Phase 2 of this creative challenge is officially active. This guide highlights how you can participate, submit your designs, and join our co-creator program to win significant cash prizes and help shape our next production model.

The Vision of Co-Creation
At Olight, we believe you are never just a user—you are a co-creator. Our core design philosophy centers on integrating direct community feedback to refine hardware performance and utility. This approach is exemplified by our evolution from the original Arkfeld to the ArkPro and ArkPro Ultra.
Since launching our global creative contests in 2022, we have received over 2,500 creative entries, resulting in more than 20 ideas transitioning directly into mass production. The ArkPro Idea Awards 2026 opens the door for you to design the next chapter of flat EDC lights, either by customizing its exterior styling or introducing novel functional accessories.
Contest Themes and Categories
To guide your concepts, the submission phase of the ArkPro Idea Awards 2026 is split into two specialized themes. You can focus on a single theme or mix and match multiple categories:
Theme 1: New Colorway Design (Appearance & Colorway & Materials)
Rethink the look and feel of ArkPro. Apply bold colorways, premium textures, and unique finishes to craft the ultimate tactical or daily-carry artwork. You are encouraged to explore innovative metal coatings, premium materials, and custom visual patterns.
Theme 2: Product Concepts & Functional Ideas
Focus on expanding the usability, features, and capabilities of the ArkPro. Your design can target one or more of the following sub-themes:
- Multi-Light Modes
- UI & Ergonomics Upgrade
- Intelligence & Smart Display
- Emergency & Safety Features
- Accessories (e.g., clips, mounts, holsters)
- Others (any other functional ideas you are passionate about)
Submission Rules
To ensure a fair and smooth evaluation process, please adhere to our official submission rules during the contest:
- Submit a description and photo: Your entry must include a clear design name (no infringement) along with your concept or inspiration details.
- Original design: Your design must be completely original, with absolutely no plagiarism or copyright infringement.
- Feasible and practical: Concepts must be mechanically practical, feasible, and possible to produce with existing manufacturing technologies.
- Intellectual property: By submitting your design, you acknowledge that all submissions become the intellectual property of Olight.

How to Participate and Timeline
Taking part in the ArkPro Idea Awards 2026 is simple. Just follow these three essential steps:

- Step 2: Submit Your Creation – Go to the official Olight ArkPro Idea Awards 2026 Page, fill in your details, and upload your files.
- Step 3: Get Selected and Win Awards – Follow along as our design team evaluates submissions and crowns the winners.
