What is Lumen?
Lumens measure the amount of light a light source outputs in a given area and time. The higher the lumens, the brighter the light. A lumen is defined as the amount of light received by a square foot area that is one foot away from a candle. But that doesn't really help...so here are some comparisons. A 100W incandescent bulb produces about 1600 lumens. A typical car headlamp outputs about 700 to 1200 lumens.
Battery
In addition to traditional alkaline batteries (AAA, AA, C, and D batteries), most modern flashlights today use the following common batteries for power and weight efficiency:
CR123
3V lithium high output battery, commonly used in high-performance electronic products. Premium CR123 batteries have a shelf life of up to 10 years and typically cost about $1 to $2 per battery.
18650 (18mm x 65mm)
3.7 V rechargeable Li-Ion battery. They typically cost $3 to $6 per battery. Many flashlights will use a single 18650 battery or 2 CR123 batteries.
14500 (14mm x 50 mm)
3.7 V rechargeable Li-Ion battery, the same size as a traditional AA battery. They typically cost $2 to $6 per battery.

How does it work?
Press the button to switch the machine on and off. When the machine is turned on, the flashlight will light up the brightness stored in the memory. Press and hold to
change the brightness, the output starts from the current brightness, and the order of moonlight-low-medium-high-low changes, and the brightness can be selected
by releasing the button. Quickly double-press the button to enter turbo, and double-press again to return. Press three times in quick succession to enter the flash,
and single-press or long-press to exit the flash. The flashlight can set the timing point time: long timing (9 minutes), short timing (3 minutes).
After power on, at the current brightness, double press and hold, the output flashes once for a short timing, flashes twice for a long timing and automatically shuts
down after the timing is over. In the off state, press and hold for 2 seconds until the moonlight is turned off, and the program enters the key lock state. Press and
hold for 1 second to unlock the button and turn it on in the moonlight block
Can I use the flashlight and charge my device at the same time?
Yes! You can turn on the flashlight while charging the USB device. It's also a great feature for cyclists looking to use the S2R BATON II as a bike light while charging.
However, we do not recommend that you do this often, which may damage the battery life.
What is IPX8 certified waterproof?
Ingress Protection (IP) ratings are established by the International Electrotechnical Commission to provide clear guidance on how much dust and water a device can
withstand before it becomes damaged. 0 = No protection, 4 = Splash proof, 8 = Complete, continuous submersion proof. After 8, manufacturers added depth ratings
to indicate the depth to which waterproof equipment can be submerged. Olight S2R BATON II is IPX8 certified, fully submerged in 2 meters of water for up to 30
minutes, and the flashlight still works. Even in heavy rain, you can carry your S2R BATON II and it will still work.
